Breakfast was tasty. Instead of just frying the egg, I poached it the way my son does. Pity I broke it, putting it on the plate...

Top tip: this dish is much nicer if you warm the mashed avocado in the microwave, which the recipes I have seen never mention. Do people really eat it cold?

So ein Mikrowellenkontaktgrill hat was.
4€ bei Lidl 3 Min. bei 900w vorheizen, dann Grillgut drauf und nochmal 3 Min. bei 900w für das vegane Steak von Vemondo.
Kommt saftig raus und ist lecker.
Der Rest ist einfach gemacht.
Man braucht kein Rind mehr.

For anyone interested in #veganfood, I definitely recommend this recipe from Nigella. It's Lentils with Dates and Tamarind, garnished with dill and pomegranate arils. (easy to find online). I recommend tamarind paste from an authentic Asian shop (usually 100% pulp and no added sugars and whatnot)

I pimped it with some sauteed shallots and some steamed sweet potato to bulk up a bit, and served with a simple homemade naan bread.
