Here's a recent breakfast. Seeded bread toast, with mashed avocado, bacon, and my best poached egg yet.

Top tip: I usually warm the avocado in the microwave before building this. If the avocado isn't "perfectly ripe", as Mr Tesco said it was, microwaving it before mashing it works rather well.
