Dutch Brown Beans & Curry Rice Cake: A Wannabe Surinamese Twist

Dutch Brown Beans (Dutch Bruine Bonen) in a red curry sauce with Djintan (cumin), ginger, and garlic and Kikkoman soy. Served with a savory curry rice cake infused with Lemongrass, lemon juice, and ginger, garnished with fresh coriander. A 'wannabe Surinamese style' creation, but not quite! 😅 DELICIOUS!
